The crib is in and the tree mural is finished.

A view of the changing table area and the window. Custom shade is in, now I get to go pick out some fabric and sew my own valance. My mom got me a sewing machine for Christmas, so I am excited to get that project underway.

A better view of the changing table, which has been passed down to us. We put up a decorative shelf which will house powders, lotions, baby nail clippers and anything else you might want to grab while dressing and changing the baby.

A peek in the closet. Keith installed some wire shelving which I love because it can be adjusted to grow with the baby.

Here's the dresser that we are using. It was in our guest bedroom before but it will be great for the baby's dresser because it is on the low side. It also matched what we have pretty well, we just added some hardware to the smooth front drawers. We painted some old bookshelves I had, which will be great for baby's books.

This was a fun project that only took about 30 minutes to make. I took some plain book ends that I already had. I bought some wood letters at Michaels and glued some pretty scrapbook paper to the faces. I painted the sides and then hot glued the letters to the book ends. Now we have some really cute book ends for baby's book shelf. I was pretty happy with the way they turned out.
